Maharashtra Urdu High School and The Kalsekar Junior College are headed by Mr. Rizwan A.Nabi Karigar as a Principal. Coming from a family of academics, Mr. Karigar is qualified in D.C.Eng, D.S.M, M.A.B.Ed. Working as an Assistant Teacher since 2001, Mr. Karigar is leading the faculty since June 2013. Academically, Mr. Karigar has been a topper during his school and college years, and also a multiple Diploma holder in Civil Engineering and School Management.

Also an impeccable Urdu poet, and translator of books of English in Urdu and vice-versa, his writing has also featured in The Urdu Times and The Daily Inquilab.

For me, teaching is…
For me teaching is not a profession; it’s a passion. Without determination, dedication and passion a teacher can’t achieve his / her educational goals. Having a passion for teaching is fundamental to having joy in performing the obligatory duty. I am not born to “just teach” but to inspire others, specifically the innocent children of our society by teaching them with the best of my abilities, knowledge and innovative ideas in education. As a passionate teacher I shall always try to create effective learning environment and endeavor to increase potentials of the learners.

My experience at ESK – MUHSK…
It gives me both pride and pleasure to inform that I have been serving as a teacher at MUHSK for the last 21 years, and working as a principal at MUHSK & KJC for the last 8 years. I feel extremely lucky and fortunate to be the part of this reputed institution. The Education Society, Kadwai’s MUHSK & KJC is one of the most popular institutes in Ratnagiri. The institution is specially known for offering quality education with excellent amenities at affordable fees. I have always been fascinated by the positive school environment & the initiatives taken by our management (ESK). The dedicated members of ESK are trying their Level best to make the institution an Educational Paradise in Kadwai. During my service I have embraced many beautiful, unforgettable and unique heart touching memories. This institution is the second home for me.
